Soul Resources is urgently seeking to recruit a Lead Structural Engineer for their client an International company on 75/21 rotations or 90/21, 12 months renewable contracts based in Port Harcourt Nigeria for a new Gas Treatment project
Project Description :-
• New Gas Treatment train to be installed
• A gas supply unit (GSU) for the new Integrated Power Plant
• Re-vamping works on Ibewa Production center
• New gas compression facilities and condensate stabilisation unit on a flowstation
• Inter-connecting pipelines (54 km, 6" average)
• Location – Nigeria Port Harcourt
• Start date – January 2009
• Duration – 12 Months (renewable)
• Probationary Period – 3 Months
• Notice period – 30 Days
• Working days - 6 days/week
• Working hours - 8- 10 hours/day (to be confirmed)
• Rotation – 75/21 or 90/21
• Accommodation – camp
• Salary – please provide Salary Expectations
• Living allowance – NA full board is provided

This is a challenging role with the Project Director having the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of the project. The position holder will be the key interface across the business, the client and the management team on all project matters.

Key responsibilities:

•Organise and control the total project scope of work, both within the Company and by engagement with the Client.

•Report project's performance to the project steering committee.

•Being the Company's representative.

•Interacting with the client's management team to ensure that project objectives, project schedules and budgets are established and met.

•Establish lines of communication within the project organisation, towards partners, sub-contractors and suppliers and towards the client.
