H. Pierson Associates is recruiting for one of its client – a state government in Nigeria. In her quest to metamorphose her state into an attractive Tourist Destination, the state thereby seeks the services of the following:Planning Officer Key responsibilities: Oversight of the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for the State's Tourism Industry Evaluate economic impact of plan and develop cost estimates and forecast for inclusion in budgets Responsible for communicating plan to all stakeholders Develop broad/specific key performance indicators to assess and monitor the implementation of the plan. Conduct periodic SWOT analysis of the industry Qualification & Experience: First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences or related discipline Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in strategic planning for a governmental or private organization.
