QUALIFICATION : 1.Candidate should possess a minimum of 2nd Class Lower. 2.Candidates should possess 5 credits in one sitting including English Language. THE PERSON : The candidates must be a Nigerian and must possess the following qualities: 1.Between 22-28 years old. 2.Fluency in, and have a proper understanding of English Language.
